Frequently asked questions
What happens to our data if you disappear?
Your QuickBooks file stays current and yours the entire time you use this platform — every invoice, payment, and customer record crosses into your own QuickBooks Desktop file, not ours. Export rights are written into the contract. Nothing about your accounting depends on this company staying in business.
Do we need QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
Built for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise today. QuickBooks Online support is on the roadmap — if you're on Online now, tell us when you book a walkthrough so we can talk timing.
What internet or hosting do we need?
None of your own. The platform is cloud-hosted — anyone on your team can use it from a browser on a computer, tablet, or phone. The warehouse crew and drivers are expected to be on phones.
What does support look like?
Founding customers get direct access to the person who built it — not a ticket queue. As the customer base grows, support scales with it, but the standing here at launch is direct and plain-spoken.
We're on Method CRM today. What does migration look like?
Migration is part of onboarding: customers, jobs, and open orders come over, and your team gets trained before go-live. The same applies if you're coming from spreadsheets instead of Method.
Does the AI assistant ever touch our books?
No. It drafts documents for a person to review — it never writes to QuickBooks on its own. Every write to QuickBooks goes through one audited, allow-listed door with a kill switch that an admin controls.
How can it be a tenth the price of the big ERPs?
Because we don't rebuild your accounting. QuickBooks already does that job well, so you're not paying us to replace it — no six-figure implementation, no per-seat licenses, no rip-and-replace migration. You pay for the operations layer: the part that was actually missing.
