This website
We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page views and page performance without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share visitor data.
When you use the walkthrough form, the details you enter (name, company, number of locations, current software, phone, email) are delivered to us by Formspree and used only to reply to you. We keep them as long as the conversation is live and delete them on request.
The FlyoverOS platform
Customer data — customers, jobs, estimates, orders, purchasing, inventory, invoices — is stored in a database that belongs to that customer alone, and is used only to run the platform for them. We do not sell it, mine it, or use it to train models. Access by our staff is limited to support you ask for.
Providers that process data on our behalf: Railway (hosting and databases, United States), Cloudflare (file storage), Google (sign-in), Anthropic (the AI assistant, only when a person asks it something), and Intuit (QuickBooks, reached through the Web Connector on the customer’s own machine). Each is bound by its own terms and security commitments.
Your rights and our contact
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Customers own their platform data and can export it; export rights are written into the customer agreement. Reach us through the walkthrough form on this site — it goes straight to a person.
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. The customer agreement governs the platform relationship where the two differ.
